Returns and refunds

Making a return or an exchange is easy. Just follow these steps:

1. Contact customer service at as soon as possible after delivery. State your order number, which products you wish to return and the reason why. Then please wait for instructions. If you do not contact us before sending the products, you might not receive your refund or exchange.

2. You will then receive the address where to send the goods. As a consumer you are responsible for the goods during return shipping. We recommend that you send your items in their original packaging to ensure that they are adequately protected in transit. (Before sending your package, please read the texts following.)

It’s ok, we realize we can’t always please everybody and we want you to be happy. Therefore we’ll always accept returns made within 30 days with one exception: The product has to be unused. Always enclose the original packaging and if any tags. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Quality guarantee

Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 12 month of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 30-day period following delivery.
